Contact Management & Mass Mailings For many executive assistants, addressing and mailing holiday cards can be the wrong kind of December tradition. The Spinner Group’s Holiday Card application exists within your company’s existing Microsoft Outlook, requiring no front-end programming and a minimum of staff training. The assistant can generate a “Holiday List” based on either a pre-specified selection of the executive’s Outlook contacts, or its entirety. The program highlights those contacts which are missing essential mailing data, such as blank city/state or ZIP code fields. It also cross-references duplicate contact names to prevent double mailing. Once contacts have been “scrubbed” in this fashion, the program formats addresses to print mailing labels.
